Rachael enjoys a party and good old-fashioned hospitality. You know the kind that keeps you wanting to come back for more!
Originally from Sydney, Rachael has worked at the Balmain Bug, The Boathouse at Blackwattle Bay, Simone Logue’s and The Wharf. She has been cooking for 20 years. Rachael has also enjoyed working with some of Australia’s leading chef’s, at the ‘guest chef dinners’ at Logan Wines, Mudgee for the past 4 years.
Rachael started the business almost 10 years ago. She is still passionate, excited by food and thrives on looking after all the needs of our clients and staff.
Sharon is a machine. That’s why she has been nicknamed the Shazinator! When Sharon isn’t running marathons, she is cooking amazing and delicious food all while keeping our kitchen and events running seamlessly. Sharon has over 20 years of experience. Originally hailing from Griffith, Sharon has also worked at the Park-Hyatt, Opera House, Moran’s and various kitchens in London.

Mother Hen! Leslie keeps Rachael (and the team) in line and cares for our customers when we are busy in the kitchen.
Leslie answers everyone’s questions and looks after our clients every step of the way.

Meg loves a wedding! She has been helping make our brides dreams come true for more than 8 years. She is super organised and is a truly nice person. Meg will look after you, as she does us.
THE ALL ROUNDER
Sarah has worked with us forever…and never stops. She runs our floor, helps us in the kitchen and truly understands what hospitality is all about. You’ll love her – as we do!
STAFF & CATERING FACILITATOR
Ali has worked for us for 2 years now. We love her sunny disposition and her ability to take everything in her stride. Ali books our staff for functions and packs for our jobs as well as sometimes gracing the floor at our jobs.
